The ruffle on the bottom is everything!! They look great with a long sweater & boots or go casual with a longer length sweatshirt and cute sneakers!
These are FABULOUS! I love the length and the fabric and how they fit perfectly under a dress. They could also be worn as leggings with mid-calf boots and a blazer or anything that you would wear leggings with. Just know the seam is right on your crotch, so you may see camel toe.
