What size should I get?

Sizing varies by brand, which is why we measure every item we sell. The best way to find your size is to compare the measurements in the product description with a piece of clothing you already own.

Shipping & Orders

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from Cameron, Missouri. Because we’re located in the middle of the country, most customers receive their orders within 2–8 business days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is packed and a shipping label is created, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

You can also view your order status by logging into your account and visiting My Orders.

Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?

Some items may take a little longer to ship:

  • Farm Girls Originals items are handmade and may take up to 15 business days during busy periods.
  • Pre-order items will ship around the estimated date listed on the product page.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make changes, please call us as soon as possible after placing your order.

We will do our best to help, but we cannot modify orders that have already shipped.

Returns & Store Credit

How do I return an item?

How do I use my store credit?

Store credit is attached to your account and will automatically apply during checkout when you are logged in.

If you have trouble using your credit, please contact us for assistance.

Coupons, Rewards & Promotions

How can I find current promotions?

The best way to stay updated on promotions is by:

  • subscribing to our email list
  • checking the home page
  • using our mobile app

We also mark down products regularly, so great deals are always available.

Where is my first-time customer coupon?

Once you subscribe to our email list, your welcome coupon will be sent by email.

If you don’t see it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder.

What if I forgot to apply a coupon?

Coupons must be applied during checkout and cannot be added afterward.

If your order has not shipped yet, contact us immediately and we may be able to cancel the order so it can be placed again with the coupon.

Can coupons be combined?

Only one coupon code may be used per order.

Do promotions apply to Farm Girls Originals?

Farm Girls Originals items are not eligible for additional discounts, except for free shipping promotions.

Do you offer a rewards program?

Yes! Our Farm Girls Rewards Program lets you earn points on every purchase and redeem them for discounts and perks.

Can I pay by check?

Reach out to us if you'd like to pay by check.

How do gift certificates work?

Gift certificates are valid for five years from the purchase date. Instructions for redeeming them are included in the email you receive.
