Return Policy
If something doesn’t work out, eligible items may be returned for store credit within 30 days of your order date.
Items must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Tags attached
Store credit is typically issued 3–5 business days after your return arrives.
Exchanges
If you need a different size of the same item, we’re happy to help with an exchange.
Once your return is received, we can ship the replacement item. To help save on shipping, we can also include the exchange with your next order if you prefer.

The easiest way to start a return is through your account.
- Log into your account
- Open your order
- Click Request a Return
Return Shipping
Choose Your Return Method:
- Ship it yourself: You are welcome to use the shipping carrier of your choice.
- Use our label: For your convenience, we can provide a discounted return label. If you choose this option, $6.00 will be deducted from your store credit.
Note: All return labels must be scanned by the carrier within 7 days of the label being issued.
Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Farm Girl Originals
• Jewelry
• Hats
• Bralettes
• Socks
• Daily Deals
• Basic Fitted Spaghettis / Tees / Leggings
• Items discounted 30% or more
• Items marked Final Sale
• Gift cards
• Mystery Boxes
Condition Requirements
Returns must be in original condition with tags attached.
Returns will not be accepted if items show signs of wear, stains, perfume, smoke odor, deodorant marks, or pet hair.
Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box placed inside another shipping box.
Rejected returns require a reshipping fee.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Email info@farmgirlsfancyfrills.com and include photos of the issue and the tag still attached.
Holiday Returns
Orders placed on or after November 21 may be returned until January 15.
All other return guidelines still apply.
