Shipping & Store Pick-Up

⭐ All orders ship from our store in Cameron, Missouri. ⭐

Because we’re located in the middle of the country, most customers receive their orders within 2–4 business days.

U.S. Shipping

Orders placed before noon Central Time usually ship the same business day.

We ship Monday–Friday (and some Saturdays) using USPS and UPS.

Shipping options:

Free shipping on orders $99+
Standard shipping: $6.90
Expedited shipping: $15.90

Expedited orders are shipped using a 2-day service from USPS or UPS depending on the fastest option available.

Store Pickup

Customers with a Missouri address can select Store Pickup during checkout at no cost.

Pickup hours: Tuesday – Friday | 10am – 4pm

Please call ahead so we can have your order ready when you arrive. We are also happy to offer curbside pickup upon request.

International Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. In rare cases, additional shipping charges may apply after packaging.

Customers are responsible for customs duties or import fees.

If during checkout you are not seeing an option to select shipping to your country, please contact us before ordering.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Once a package leaves our facility, shipping updates are provided directly by the carrier.

If your package appears delayed, please contact the carrier first.

Shipping claims cannot typically be filed until 15 days after the ship date (USPS guidelines).

If a package is confirmed lost in transit and cannot be recovered, we will:

• replace the items if they are still available
• or refund the product and shipping cost after the claim is processed

Damaged or Stolen Packages

If your package arrives damaged or shows as delivered but cannot be located, please file a claim with the carrier.

Please keep the packaging and take photos if damage occurred, as carriers may request this during the claim process.
