Shipping & Store Pick-Up

All orders ship from Cameron, Missouri.

Shipping - US

Orders are shipped the same business day if ordered before noon Central time. We ship Monday through Friday (and some Saturdays) via USPS and UPS. Since we’re smack in the middle of the country, most customers receive their orders within 2 business days.

We want you to know that we are dedicated to finding the most affordable rates available. Our goal is to ensure you receive your orders quickly and at lowest possible cost. Additionally, we usually have free shipping options for US orders of $99 or more!

Expedited Shipping

If you need quicker shipping than you see offered during checkout, reach out to us and we will try our best to find expedited shipping options that work for you. The customer is responsible for the full cost of expedited shipping.

Store Pick-Up

During checkout, customers with a Missouri address will have the option to select Store Pick-up at no cost. We offer store pickup Tuesday through Friday 10am - 3pm. Please give us a call to schedule pick-up so we can ensure we have it ready for you when you arrive. We’re happy to do curb-side pickup upon request.

Shipping - International

We ship to Canada and Mexico. The calculated shipping cost is usually accurate but on occasion, it may be slightly higher after we prepare the package. Customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs and customs fees. We are willing to try shipping to other countries but please reach out to us before placing your order.

Lost Packages

We will file a claim with the carrier to attempt recovery on your behalf. If your order is found to be lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address and we are unable to recover the package, we will replace your items if they are still available. If we cannot replace them, we will refund the cost of the products as well as any shipping costs. However, if the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to file a claim.
