All orders ship from Cameron, Missouri.
Shipping - US
Orders are shipped the same business day if ordered before noon Central time. We ship Monday through Friday (and some Saturdays) via USPS and UPS. Since we’re smack in the middle of the country, most customers receive their orders within 2-8 business days.
We want you to know that we are dedicated to finding the most affordable rates available. Our goal is to ensure you receive your orders quickly and at lowest possible cost. Additionally, we usually have free shipping options for US orders of $99 or more!
Store Pick-Up
During checkout, customers with a Missouri address will have the option to select Store Pick-up at no cost. We offer store pickup Tuesday through Friday 10am - 3pm. Please give us a call to schedule pick-up so we can ensure we have it ready for you when you arrive. We’re happy to do curb-side pickup upon request.
Shipping - International
We ship to Canada and Mexico. The calculated shipping cost is usually accurate but on occasion, it may be slightly higher after we prepare the package. Customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs and customs fees. We are willing to try shipping to other countries but please reach out to us before placing your order.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package shows that it is delayed on the carrier's tracking page, please reach out to the carrier directly as we do not have any additional information on the package once it leaves our facility. Please note that carrier will not allow claims to be filed on missing items until 15 days from the mailing date. (USPS Guidelines)
We will file a claim with the carrier to attempt recovery on your behalf. If your order is found to be lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address and we are unable to recover the package, we will replace your items if they are still available after the claim has been processed. If we cannot replace them, we will refund the cost of the products as well as any shipping costs. However, if the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, see the below policy on damaged and stolen packages.
Damaged and Stolen Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or if it is marked as delivered but has not been received, you will need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We recommend documenting any damage or theft by taking photos and keeping all original packaging for the carrier’s claim process. Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund items that are damaged or stolen during transit, as this responsibility lies with the carrier. All USPS and UPS packages are insured up to $100 by default and the carrier will work with you on compensation or replacement options. We are here to assist with providing necessary order information to help facilitate your claim.
