What size should I get?
We carry a variety of vendors so that we can offer you a great selection. Each vendor will size their items differently. This is why we take the time to measure each of our items as we want you to get the best fit! For more information, click here to visit our Size Guide.
How do I return an item?

Where do you ship from?
All of the products listed on the website are shipped from Cameron, Missouri! Even better, most customers get their orders within 2-3 business days.
Are you available to answer questions?
Yup! We are available by phone, chat and email Monday 10am-4pm Central Time and 8:30am-4pm Central Time Tuesday-Friday. We are a family owned and operated business and understand the importance of attending family functions and spending some time with kiddos and loved ones. After hours and weekends, we try our best to monitor for urgent questions/issues on chat and email. We will respond as soon as possible.
What coupons are available for me to use?
The best way to know about promotions and discounts is to subscribe to our email list. You can subscribe at the bottom of our home page. We don't want you to wait for promotions so we've come up with a rewards program that will quickly earn you more value on every purchase. Click here to learn more about Farm Girl Rewards. Where is my first time customer coupon code?
First of all, we are happy you joined the Farm Girl Family. Welcome! Once you subscribe to our email list, the coupon code will be emailed to you. If you don't get the email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder as well. Please keep in mind that it must be applied at checkout. If you are still unable to find the email, reach out to us over chat or email us at info@farmgirlsfancyfrills.com.
What if I forgot to apply a coupon to my order?
We are unable to retroactively apply coupons once an order is placed. Coupons must be applied to the order at the time of checkout.
We understand that mistakes happen and want you to get your discount. Please call us immediately if your coupon was not properly applied. If your order has not been shipped yet, we will be able to cancel and refund your order so you can place it with the coupon.
What's the status of my order?
Once your order is packaged and a shipping label is created, you'll receive an email with the tracking information. If you're having a hard time finding the email, you can review the status of your order by clicking on the “Account” link at the top of the page or just click here: My Orders. Once there, click on the order number you're interested in. On the right side you'll see order information including the tracking number.
Why haven't you shipped my order when you say you'll ship the same business day?
Did you order a Farm Girls Originals item that is handmade, made to order? Check the description of your items. We try to get them out in a few business days but during busy seasons, they may take up to 15 business days.
Are any of the items in your order pre-orders? Some of the really popular items sell out fast. We then order re-stocks and list them as pre-orders. When purchasing one of these items, the button will say "Pre-Order Now" and there will be an estimated shipping date on the product information page.
On rare occasion, there are unforeseen circumstances that can cause delays in shipment of orders. We do our best to reach out to any affected customers.

How do I use my store credit?
The store credit is attached to your account. You will need to be signed in to your account in order to access the store credit. During checkout, your credit will be automatically applied to the total. If you are having issues, please reach out as credit cannot be applied after the order is placed.

Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are good for five years from the date of purchase. For instructions on how to redeem a gift certificate, check your email or click here.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please call us at 1-816-632-7066 immediately after making your purchase. We are open Monday-Friday from 8:00 am-4:00 pm Central Time. We will do our best to accommodate special circumstances, however, we are unable to alter orders that have already been shipped.
